I'm on my fourth month of living in what I am calling Freedom - land, California. I haven't heard a single word of gossip in three months. I feel like its the best beauty treatment out there. Better than botox! :P My vision is quite clear, thus my field of awareness is quite clear.
I have been thinking a lot about realization in the context of friendships. Sensing into when I used to have problems or issues (long gone are those days now), the type of people I would attract into my life. And then when I was happy and content, the type of people who would want to sit by me. It was rarely the same person who would want to do both. Back in the human world, we are told those who stick by us in the worst of times are are 'true' friends. Yet sometimes, well mostly, it's just like they wanted to be miserable with company. It seemed to shift somewhat in my realization. It seemed the more expansive I be-came, the less drama I had to share (the natural progression of realization), the less people were interested in sticking around. I even found in my human state I tried to create illusory problems, to dumb myself down, to fit in so I had something to bitch about at the table. Most people will not be overjoyed when you tell them everything is Perfect...sometimes you have to go on with your life in its grand perfectly imperfection anyway. I see now, the tension came from the shifting tides of consciousness, and melded into the big blue sea. Now I don't see myself as a friend or foe. I simply AM. It is the other person who chooses to see me as a friend or a foe - yet that is dissolving so quickly it can no longer hold true. Isn't everything these days! In fact, there are very few people I interact with now because I will not play the give/ receive game or the talk about other people instead of sharing your soul among many other forms of "friendship" games. And, surprisingly for this human extrovert, I love it. In the human world, when I had friends I felt forced to keep them by actions that no longer feel natural in my realization. If I had foes, I felt I had to defend myself, to explain myself. And then, all of that becomes exhausting (energetically expensive) and you simply cannot play the role. Now I am content to talk with the man on the park bench, connect without words to the people in my yoga class, exchange a hello and a smile with the clerk at the store. When you fill yourself up from within, people flowing in and out of your life seems natural and expansive - there is nothing to grasp onto when it is all inside. I found the intensity that used to define relationships, especially friendships, was drug out with the low tide as the high tide of self-fulfillment flowed in. When you don't jump in to join someone in their outrage, they will seek it elsewhere. When you don't dive into the drama of having to defend yourself, the person doing the accusing will find someone else to blame and fill themselves up with the conflict energy they seek. We've all done it. No shame. No blame. You see it was never something you did, or even they did, but a pattern trapped in gravity playing itself out in the never-ending cycle - only changing who was playing what role. What I found after the tension of the tide shift is: FREEDOM, yet I keep reminding myself not to forget the struggle in making the shift that now seems effortless. Remembering a struggle that has long dissolved goes into the experience jar that allows the compassion to continue - a compassion so detached, it knows no separation. Notes on letting go of the identity called friendship.....and the Magic of the ease and simplicity that is BEING....from my next book, The Magic of Being, which covers all sorts of shift when you transfigure from human doing into embodied soul being-ness, when human and I AM align.

![]() This is my personal conscious creation manifesto, with my own definitions of Self. I encourage you to create and write your own. Conscious creators are aware of their true nature – souls embodied in human form who hold the knowingness their reality is created with every breath they take, every joy they radiate from the ‘I Am’. Conscious creators are aware of subtle energies and senses – beyond human perceptions like sight, sound, touch, taste, and most of all beyond thought – many people choose not to access. Conscious creators are aware of not only perceiving senses, but also creation senses. They sensually expand into perceiving the multiplicity of the realities surrounding them, as well as create from a multiple state of existence. A conscious creator is in tune with the wise master within Self[1][i]. For me, it is called soul – Spirit or God individualized. It is the immortal, immaterial essence of being, holding the wisdom distilled from all human lifetimes, between lifetimes, and beyond lifetimes – wisdom integrated from all experiences in my inimitable soul. Conscious creators comprehend the universal language of images and sensations holds a wealth of information beyond human words and limited human thoughts and emotions, and that images and sensations are the language of the soul and how it communicates with the human parts of us, body and mind, and the vast non-physical world. A conscious creator is aware of the I Exist[2] – the deepest, truest part of who we are, even beyond the soul and its wisdom. The I Exist is the core of Self that exists without regard for external situations and stimulations and more so, human identity. It is the core of Self in the absence of roles, aspects, or facets of ourselves; landscapes of various realities; and all stimuli outside and inside the body of consciousness[3]. Conscious creators keenly and acutely perceive their unique body of consciousness - also referred to as the Universe of Self by El Morya – through the lens of the soul space. It is the spherical, expansional space, containing our soul or master voice within, including all facets and corners and edges of Self, knowing all facets and voices exist to serve us in our soul creations, expressions, and experiences. Conscious creators understand their soul was birthed in human form to be a creator with the same authority and abilities as what we often refer to as God or the Universe, and they act accordingly, finding the answers and solutions inside themselves rather than consistently seeking externally. Conscious creators are aware of the self-governing nature of the soul - also called sovereignty – and the ineffable experience of knowing they are God, also – the kingdom is within. A conscious creator is aware of the ever-abundant creative energies available to them at any time and in any place and enjoys playing in the creation process. Conscious creators never feel the need to steal, beg, or borrow energy from others. They understand these ever-abundant energies are present to support them in whatever they choose to birth in physical and non-physical landscapes. A conscious creator knows without a doubt that there is so much more to the world than what we see through our human eyes and touch with our human hands. Conscious creators are all about experiencing life beyond the limits of human thoughts and emotions and remembering how to create in an expanded state where density, gravity, duality, and linear time cease to exist. Conscious creators have moved away from the New Age teachings, which rely heavily on gurus and external seeking, and have moved into the new energy awareness, which is rooted in sovereignty - also called soul independence - and the deep internal knowing that you are the God you've been searching for all along. Conscious creators understand time and space are not linear but rather, expansional from the single point of the I am, the I Exist. They have traded the outdated concept that they, the human, move through time and space for the knowing that time and space move through them – a single point of consciousness. Above all, conscious creators are passionate about playing and experimenting with creation energies available to them – or further, they know they do not need energy or force to create – creative expression from soul passion – creation from pure consciousness without energetic make up. Conscious creators have moved from the burden of understanding they created everything in their life into the FREEDOM of knowing they create their reality. Conscious creators revel in the freedom of knowing the cosmos are their creative canvas and there is no one pulling strings from above. The universe, my friends, is indifferent to your creations. Your soul creates through joyful expression. Without self-love and self-acceptance, there is no conscious creation. [1] Self with a capital S refers to the totality of who I am. It includes the multiple nature of Self, including my soul, all facets, physical human attributes, acts of consciousness, and wisdom distilled from all lifetimes, realities, and experiences. [2] The ‘I Exist’ is a state of being, without any attachment to any identities, stories, and expanded beyond a singular reality, such as linear time. [3] The body of consciousness or universe of Self refers to an individualized and expanded field of awareness beyond the human body, including the totality of Self.
