I was sitting on my yoga mat allowing my nervous system to adjust to the constant new-ness (dynamic permanence) going on in my body of consciousness, and I was also tapping into this month's new moon (traditionally our gathering time at the Banyan Tree) and what it had to share.
As I was doing so, the word resilience came up.
I started to feel into the word and what it means for me in this dynamic, never-static state of being. The subsequent words that appeared were flexibility and then plasticity.
Plasticity is a great word for our latest video release, which is all about the biological brain and non-biological mind (brain-mind mechanism) to adapt as energy responding to our inimitable consciousness.
The brain-mind wants to come along in this experience - the identity of the last lifetime simply needs to get out of its own way.
To allow life to breath itself through you as an empty and malleable vessel for the will of the divine. The chalice, the holy grail!

I also record a farewell message to you all and lay out how we will release a steady stream of information over the next six months that will be available for years to come.
Part of my "retirement" is no longer having the capacity to read long story lines, answer questions, or give advice.
I love you all but I am exhausted by answering emails, and my job now is to only BE the JOY, which is a sense of the I Am Consciousness and has nothing to do with human happiness (but you get that too).
With love and gratitude,
Sarah (and Kuthumi)
